Single visit pass - $20.00 per visit
Monthly pass (up to 3 visits) - $17 per visit ($50 billed monthly)
Trimester pass (4 months) - $14.50 per visit ($175 billed each trimester)
Annual pass (12 months) - $11.25 per visit ($450 billed annually)
