Lunchtime Learning: Getting to the Green Zone

$30.90

Parenting a neurodivergent child is challenging! Lunchtime Learning is a chance to pause, breathe, and pick up a few simple tools that can actually help. JOIN US on 11/9/26, 12/17/26, 1/11/27, and 2/18/27 from 11:30am - 12:45pm either in person at The PLAYce For Us or virtually via Zoom. Meet other parents and caregivers facing the similar challenges as we support one another. We’ll talk about what “getting to green” really means, how nervous systems regulation works, and gentle, doable ways to support yourself during everyday moments. Give yourself compassion and build the skills to show up for your child the way you really wish to. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own lunch or snack. Beverages (juice, coffee, soda, water) will be provided.

$30 per meeting (plus a 3% credit card use charge, so $30.90). Hope to see you there!
